Do you arrive like a whirlwind?

When your waking day begins in a personal whirlwind and you are about to land like a tornado at your desk. Your day already feels hectic and behind, like you are already late and you haven’t even sat down to start yet..

Take a moment, boil the kettle, slowly and methodically make yourself a cup of beautiful tea or coffee, pour yourself a glass of water. Do this slowly, it’s your ritual. Do nothing else but this. Then consciously place them on your desk.

Sit and plant your feet on the ground, really feel them land. Put your hand on your heart and your tummy. Take three deep breaths into your hands, really feel the air coming in and out. It may help to close your eyes at this point. Your thoughts and plans that are swirling around, let them slowly settle for a moment. You have full permission to take this moment, this pause.


Now you may begin.. You can actually do this at any moment throughout your day as a little reset.
